Garden Salad

Here we have mixed greens and radishes from the garden garnished with Gorgonzola cheese, pecans, and ranch dressing.  Click on the photo for a better view.

  1. The salad looks wonderful – except too many radishes! They are so spicy to me I will hardly eat them. Way to go with your garden!

  2. Yeah, well I harvested first and then asked questions later. Turns out that Annalisa didn’t want radishes so I got them all. The blue cheese is quite sweet so it ended up neutralizing the spiciness of the radishes quite nicely. I recommend it.

    I’ve also been curious about cooking radishes. I’ll let you know if I try it.
